THE
ATTICUS
PARTNERSHIP
"I try to give 'em a reason, you see. It helps folk if they can latch onto a reason."
Harper Lee, To Kill a Mockingbird.

Catherine is the inspiration behind The Atticus Partnership. Her all time favourite book is 'To Kill a Mockingbird' and Atticus Finch, the idealistic, open-minded, compassionate and skillful father to the book's protagonist, Scout, has always been a role model for her, both at home and at work.
After graduating with an honours degree in Biochemistry, Catherine began a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Here, she learned the importance of good stakeholder management, quality, targeted marketing activities and clear socialisation of ideas. Working closely with the NHS has helped Catherine to develop a clear understanding of both the frustrations and the joys of working in the public sector, where change is endemic.

Catherine moved into a quality improvement role in 2013. She is an expert in LEAN methodologies and is a PRINCE 2 Practitioner. Her passion, apart from raising her two daughters to be the best they can be, is to help embed change considerately, through strong people and programme management.
She has a proven track record across many areas of both the public and private sector and is known for her strong focus on putting 'people first, process second' and is a big fan of the famous quote by Benjamin Franklin, "When you're finished changing, you're finished."

Chris studied in Manchester and graduated with a degree in Business Studies and an MSc in Business Information Technology. In the early part of his career, Chris developed a passion for project management and technology, entered the NHS in 2001 to lead the Information for Health Programme across Wigan and Bolton.

Since then, Chris has held a number of roles including Assistant Director for IM&T at Bolton PCT. Under his leadership, Bolton PCT became recognised as an innovator in IT, being the first PCT to deliver the National Summary Care Record as well as being accepted as the organisation to lead the development of an Urgent Care dashboard for Lord Darzi. Chris has recently helped a CCG to achieve two prestigious awards in technology innovation.

He is a PRINCE 2 and MSP Practitioner with an ability to help organisations turn around failing programmes and projects and he is a firm believer that the solutions to most business problems are in fact quite simple, but that we seem to over-complicate things.

Like many Post-Millenials, or Gen Z's as they have been coined, Eden is a product of the digital generation; a self-confessed multi tasker, she can often be found writing a Psychology essay on her laptop while completing the research on her phone in front of Netflix as she face-times a friend.

She is creative and independent; a self-starter who is always on the lookout for interesting information to process and share through her already well developed digital footprint. She is global in her thinking; a perfect choice to support the team at Atticus as they develop their own digital profile.
